The contact form prepares a WhatsApp message for you to review. The website does not store the form contents. Information is shared with Windsor Watches and WhatsApp only after you choose to send the message in WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes that information under its own privacy terms.

Sell Your Watch enquiries

The seller form prepares your contact and watch details as a WhatsApp message. It does not store enquiries or upload photographs. Review and send the message in WhatsApp, then attach your photos there. Please cover full serial numbers and personal details on documents. Windsor Watches receives your enquiry only when you send it; WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms.

Technical information

Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs. This information supports delivery, security, fault investigation and reliable operation of the website.

How information is used

Refunds, returns and cancellation
